"We just completed our new 5 operatory office in New Jersey. R.A. Florio worked with us through every step of the process, from initial design until we got our Occupancy permits and beyond.
Our plan called for all new equipment to be installed in a clean, minimalist fashion. This required a lot of coordination with the decorating team, lighting consultant and equipment installers. Bob Florio and his team were very accommodating to my needs and fussed over the details that make a difference. The trim work and carpentry details are first rate. Constant attention to the local building department was required too.
Our project turned out to be just fantastic! We finished the final items four months ago and we still haven't had any need to call him back. Everything works perfectly."

The additional space was the ground floor of a residential facility. Combining the two spaces, and fitting out the residential space turned out to be a very complicated process. R.A.
